Ally by WA.I.TER: Our Story
Ally started with a simple but frustrating truth: water care shouldn't be this complicated. Whether it's a home aquarium or a backyard pool, people were guessing, Googling, or paying someone else to handle what should be simple: keeping water healthy, balanced, and beautiful.
Ally by Waiter AI, Inc. was founded in November 2024. Ally Water Assistant launched on the Apple App Store on June 15, 2026 as a consumer iPhone and iPad app. We designed Ally to feel like a knowledgeable partner in your pocket, a digital water expert you can actually talk to.
Today Ally covers freshwater aquariums, reef tanks, pools, hot tubs, spas, and ponds in a single account, with photo based test logging, trend tracking, smart maintenance reminders, and weather aware guidance for outdoor water bodies. Ally runs on iPhone and iPad through the Apple App Store.
