Accessibility

Our commitment
Ally by WA.I.TER AI, Inc. treats accessibility as an ongoing goal, not a checkbox. We aim to make Ally usable by as many people as possible, and we improve it as we learn where it falls short.
We have not completed a formal third party accessibility audit and we do not claim conformance with any specific WCAG level today. This page describes what we currently implement, what we know is not yet done, and how to reach us with feedback.
Practices we implement today
- Semantic HTML structure with a single H1 per page and meaningful headings.
- Visible text labels on primary interactive controls and visible focus states on links and buttons.
- Keyboard navigation for the primary marketing and app flows.
- Support for the browser and system dark or light appearance and text size preferences.
- Reduced motion is respected in animated sections via the prefers reduced motion media query.
- Alt text on meaningful marketing images; decorative images are marked as such.
Known limitations
- We have not verified color contrast against WCAG AA across every surface.
- We have not systematically tested with every screen reader; behavior may vary.
- User uploaded photos in the app do not currently carry alt text descriptions.
- Some complex charts and animated diagrams have limited assistive technology support.
- Some third party components and embeds may have their own accessibility gaps.
Feedback and requests
If something on our website or in the Ally iOS app is hard to use, please tell us. Concrete descriptions such as the page, the assistive technology, and what happened help us prioritize a fix.
Email us at support@allybywaiterapp.com. You can also reach the team via our contact page. We try to reply promptly but do not promise a specific response window.
