What this page does and does not tell you about Ally's health.
Ally does not currently operate a public real time status dashboard. This page does not represent comprehensive monitoring of the Ally iOS app, the ChatGPT connected app, our backend, or the third party providers we depend on.
We do not publish availability percentages here because we do not have external monitoring that would let us report them honestly. The absence of an incident on this page does not prove that no incident is occurring.

If Ally is not working as expected, please contact us so we can look into it. Include the platform (iOS app or website), what you were trying to do, and the time it happened.

- Material incidents affecting a large number of users will be communicated through in app messaging or email.
- Meaningful iOS app changes are published to the App Store release notes and, when relevant, to our changelog.
