Our aim
Ally aims to keep the Service reliably available and to communicate quickly when there is a disruption. We use a managed cloud platform, automated backups, and error monitoring to support day-to-day reliability.
We do not currently publish a formal uptime percentage guarantee or a service credit schedule. If we introduce a formal service level commitment for specific plans in the future, we will publish it here with the effective date and scope.
Scheduled maintenance
We aim to schedule non-urgent maintenance during low-usage periods and to complete most work without a visible interruption.
For maintenance that may cause downtime we aim to post advance notice on the status page. Emergency maintenance for security or reliability issues may be performed with shorter notice.
Support response
We aim to respond to support requests as quickly as we reasonably can. We do not currently publish tiered response time guarantees. For urgent issues, please make that clear in your message so we can prioritize it.
