The third-party service providers that help us operate Ally.
What is a subprocessor?
A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that processes information on Ally's behalf so that we can operate the Service. Categories of data below describe what may be involved when a feature that uses the provider is used, not what is always sent.
We use written agreements and provider terms to set expectations for how each provider handles information. We do not claim that every provider has executed a data processing agreement in a specific form or holds any particular external certification unless we publish current proof of that. We choose providers we believe help us deliver the Service responsibly and re-evaluate them over time.

ChatGPT connected app note
When you connect Ally to ChatGPT, OpenAI acts under its own terms and settings for your ChatGPT account or workspace. That handling can differ between consumer and business plans. Information sent through the connection becomes part of your ChatGPT experience, and Ally does not control OpenAI's storage, use, retention, or training behavior for that content beyond what OpenAI itself publishes.

International data transfers
Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses. We do not claim data residency guarantees beyond the general locations listed above.
Changes
We may add or replace subprocessors over time. When we make material changes, we update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Contact us if you would like to be notified of material updates.
