    Thinking is an optional response style in Ally Chat. When you turn it on for a question, Ally takes a closer look before it answers, which suits questions where several parameters, recent readings, or a longer stretch of history are worth weighing together.

    Thinking uses the relevant Ally context already available in your account, such as the aquatic space you are asking about and the readings you have saved for it, so the answer reflects your water rather than a generic example.

    You choose the response style for each question, and you review anything Ally suggests before you act on it. Ally does not make changes to your aquatic spaces or your equipment on its own.
